Vapor vs. Smoke: What’s the Real Difference?

We think that because smoking notion is linked to negativity and everything that is of similar natured is going to be a harmful thing for the human beings. Vaping on the other hand is something that does not have smoke or harmful elements that smoke has. Recognizing the big difference between smoke and vapor is the fact that a vapor is a heated water body that does not have any harmful elements, but simply smoke-like vapors that are like a cigarette. These vapors are the best thing e-cigarettes have to offer, as the gum, patches, or other nicotine based things for quitting did not have a cigarette-like feel. That is why it is a much better alternative to tobacco smoking. There are e liquid in the e-cigarettes which are of different flavors ranging from candies to tobacco. These flavors are also a good addition to the smoking culture as they offer a variety to the vapors. The nicotine levels in e-cigarettes, unlike cigarettes can be altered and maintained according to the need and requirement. The e-cigarettes can be used to help one quit smoking and be healthy in life and that is a fact. UK an US are now trying to implement policies related to this idea as well to stop smokers from smoking tobacco cigarettes, which is a positive sign for people who smoke.

Difference summed-up

The basic difference is that smoking is harmful whereas the e-cigarettes have respective demerit, nicotine, which has harmful elements that addict you to it, but same is the case with caffeine intake, and we do it everyday as well. So the harm is very limited and these have the benefit that can help people quit smoking and be more healthy in their lives. This merit of e-cigarettes is what makes this product more of a tool for clinic and rehabilitation centers than addicts and druggies. To be able to have this merit to your advantage, these can be considered very good tool to quit smoking for good but that being said, one should only employ these devices to stop the use of tobacco cigarettes.
